The BoldVoice Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Members ("Referring Member") to earn promotional credits (“Referral Credits”) by referring friends ("Referred Friend") to become new users on BoldVoice. To participate, Referring Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the
BoldVoice Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the
BoldVoice Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral CreditsReferring Members can earn Referral Credits if: (i) a Referred Friend clicks on the Referring Member's referral link or enters the Referring Member's referral code prior to creating a valid account on the BoldVoice service that complies with our
Terms of Service; and (ii) the Referred Friend completes a Qualifying Subscription (as defined below).
The maximum Referral Credits that can be earned per Referring Member will be $15,000 USD total in respect of Qualifying Subscriptions made by Referred Friends, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Qualifying SubscriptionsA
Qualifying Subscription must be an annual (1-year) subscription to the BoldVoice service. The Qualifying Subscription must be paid for via the BoldVoice website or the BoldVoice mobile app. If a Referred Friend is offered a free trial to the BoldVoice service, they must complete the free trial and then must successfully purchase an annual (1-year) subscription to the BoldVoice service to complete a Qualifying Subscription. The Referred Friend must continue to have an active paid annual (1-year) subscription, for at least 1 month, before the Referring Member can earn Referral Credits. It will not be considered a Qualifying Subscription, and therefore no Referral Credits will be earned, if the Referred Friend's subscription is ended prior to the end of the annual (1-year) term. A referral will also not be considered a Qualifying Subscription if the Referred Friend receives a refund or chargeback on their Qualifying Subscription or if the payment method of the Referred Friend is unable to be charged. If a Referred Friend chooses to not renew their Qualifying Subscription after the end of the annual (1-year) term, as long as the Qualifying Subscription is not ended prior to the end of the annual (1-year) term, it shall continue to be a Qualifying Subscription.
Redeeming Referral Credits
Referral Credits will appear on the Referring Member’s profile page on the BoldVoice app or website. Referral Credits will be distributed on the last day of the month after which the Qualifying Subscription was made: for example, if the Qualifying Subscription was made on October 15, the Referral Credits will be distributed on November 30. Referral Credits can be redeemed as cash value, or as a gift card, in accordance with the information displayed in the BoldVoice app, website, or other promotional materials.
Referral Credits may not be earned by creating multiple accounts on the BoldVoice Service. Referral Credits accrued in separate BoldVoice accounts may not be combined into one BoldVoice account. If, for any reason, you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Referral Credits, please contact us. BoldVoice may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at BoldVoice’s sole discretion. You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of the Referral Credits.
Sharing Referral Links
Referral links and referral codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Referred Friends
A person cannot be considered a Referred Friend if they previously signed up on the BoldVoice service, at any time. A person who has previously signed up on the BoldVoice service cannot create a new account on the BoldVoice service for the purpose of utilizing a referral link or referral code. A person must never have signed up on the BoldVoice service to be eligible as a Referred Friend. Referred Friends who have signed up using a valid referral link or referral code will also receive credit in the form of a coupon in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used on their Qualifying Subscription on BoldVoice. BoldVoice reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your subscription, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or BoldVoice’s Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected.
Multiple Referrals
A Referred Friend may only use one referral link or referral code. If a Referred Friend receives referral links from multiple Referring Members, only the Member associated with the referral link or referral code actually used by the Referred Friend will be eligible to receive the Referral Credit. The Program may not be combined with other BoldVoice referral programs or incentives.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
BoldVoice may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms or the BoldVoice Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the boldvoice.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
